We advised the placing agent on the private placement

Davis Polk advised the placing agent on the private placement by Gofore plc of 1,000,000 new shares, representing approximately 7.1% of its registered share capital prior to the placing. The offering raised gross proceeds to Gofore of €19 million. The new shares have been admitted to trading and official listing on Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd. In connection with the placing of new shares, four of Gofore’s founders and largest shareholders each also sold a portion of their shareholdings in Gofore.

Gofore Plc, headquartered in Tampere, Finland, is a digital transformation consultancy with close to 800 employees across Finland, Germany, Spain and Estonia.
