Davis Polk advised GrowthCurve Capital, LP in connection with the formation of GrowthCurve Capital Destination Co-Invest LP and its arrangements with co-investors for its acquisition of Duetto Research.

GrowthCurve Capital is a private equity firm focused on building businesses by utilizing data, analytics and machine learning, combined with a comprehensive approach to human capital, to seek to accelerate growth and drive long-term value. The firm focuses on control-oriented private equity investments primarily across the technology and information services, healthcare and financial services sectors.

Duetto Research is a hotel revenue management software company. Founded in 2012 and headquartered in San Francisco, California, Duetto’s cloud technology empowers hotels and casinos with efficient pricing, financial forecasting and group business solutions.
