We advised Harvest Partners on the fundraise and related matters for Harvest Partners Structured Capital Fund III

Davis Polk advised Harvest Partners on its fundraise and related matters for Harvest Partners Structured Capital Fund III, L.P. and Harvest Partners Structured Capital Fund III (Parallel), L.P. (together, “HP SCF III”), which recently had its final closing with approximately $1.28 billion in commitments to the funds, exceeding its goal of  $1 billion.

Harvest Partners, LP is an established private equity firm with a 40 year history specializing in middle-market companies. Harvest Partners invests broadly across private company recapitalizations, leveraged buyouts, management buyouts, growth capital, generational transitions, public-to-private transactions, corporate carve-outs and industry consolidations. Structured Capital is Harvest’s non-control senior equity product, targeting senior equity investments with private equity-like returns.
