Harvest Partners $5.34 billion fundraise for its ninth flagship PE fund
We advised Harvest Partners on the fundraise
Davis Polk advised Harvest Partners, LP on its fundraise and related matters for Harvest Partners IX, L.P. and its related parallel funds (together, “HP IX”), which recently held its final closing with approximately $5.34 billion in commitments to the funds, exceeding its goal of $5.25 billion. HP IX is 30% larger than the firm’s previous private equity fund, which raised $4.1 billion of commitments in 2019 and has been fully deployed.
Harvest Partners is an established private equity firm with a 40-year history specializing in middle-market companies. Harvest Partners invests broadly across private company recapitalizations, leveraged buyouts, management buyouts, growth capital, generational transitions, public-to-private transactions, corporate carve-outs and industry consolidations.
