Davis Polk advised the underwriter in connection with the $1 billion secondary offering of 14,610,000 shares of common stock of Hilton Worldwide Holdings Inc. by certain selling stockholders affiliated with The Blackstone Group L.P. Hilton’s common stock is traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “HLT.”

Hilton is a global hospitality company, with a portfolio of 14 world-class brands comprising more than 5,000 properties with more than 825,000 rooms in 103 countries and territories.
