Davis Polk advised the representative of the initial purchasers in connection with the offering by Hilton Domestic Operating Company Inc., an indirect subsidiary of Hilton Worldwide Holdings Inc., of $1 billion aggregate principal amount of its 5.875% senior notes due 2033.
