Davis Polk advised the underwriters in connection with an SEC-registered offering of $1 billion aggregate principal amount of 2.950% notes due 2029 and $400 million aggregate principal amount of 3.900% notes due 2047 by The Home Depot, Inc.

The Home Depot is the world’s largest home improvement specialty retailer, with 2,289 retail stores in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, 10 Canadian provinces and Mexico.
