Davis Polk advised the sole placing agent for the placement of an aggregate of 90,000,000 ordinary shares in Hong Kong Television Network Limited for a total consideration of approximately HK$464 million.

Hong Kong Television Network Limited operates HKTVmall, which has established itself in the leading position in the online shopping market in Hong Kong and is now the largest scale and most powerful Hong Kong-based online shopping mall.  The Group is principally engaged in the provision of multimedia business, including but not limited to the end-to-end online shopping mall operation, multimedia production and other related services.
