Davis Polk advised the sales agent in connection with the SEC-registered at-the-market offering by IDEAYA Biosciences, Inc. of its common stock for up to an aggregate amount of $350 million. The common stock is listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol “IDYA.”

Based in South San Francisco, California, IDEAYA is a precision medicine oncology company committed to the discovery and development of targeted therapeutics for patient populations selected using molecular diagnostics.
