Davis Polk advised the underwriter in connection with a block trade of 9,180,569 shares of common stock of Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. by a selling shareholder. The shares sold in the offering were issued to the selling shareholder in connection with ICE’s acquisition of Ellie Mae, Inc., which was completed on September 4, 2020. The common stock is listed on the NYSE under the symbol “ICE.”

ICE is a leading operator of global exchanges and clearing houses and provider of mortgage technology, data and listing services.
