Davis Polk advised the representative of the initial purchasers on a Rule 144A/Regulation S offering by Intertape Polymer Group Inc. of $250 million aggregate principal amount of its 7.00% senior notes due 2026.

Intertape Polymer Group is a leader in the development, manufacture and sale of a variety of paper and film based pressure-sensitive and water-activated tapes, polyethylene and specialized polyolefin films, protective packaging, woven coated fabrics and complementary packaging systems for industrial and retail use.
