Davis Polk advised the Kemmerer family on its sale of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort (JHMR) to a consortium led by JHMR board members Eric Macy and Mike Corbat, their families and a small group of institutional and individual investors. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed. 

Located in Teton Village, Wyoming, Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is an iconic winter ski and snowboard resort.
