Davis Polk advised the administrative agent, lead arrangers, bookrunners and the various lenders in connection with an extension and $22.5 million upsize of KinderCare’s existing revolving facility, bringing the total aggregate revolving commitments to $252.5 million.

Headquartered in Lake Oswego, Oregon, KinderCare operates around 1,450 community-based and employer-sponsored childhood education and care centers across the United States.
