Lockheed Martin $1 billion senior notes offering
The investment-grade notes are due 2031 and 2055
Davis Polk advised the underwriters in connection with the offering of $1 billion aggregate principal amount of senior notes issued by Lockheed Martin Corporation. The notes were offered in two tranches maturing in 2031 and 2055. The 2055 notes constitute a single series with the $650 million aggregate principal amount of 2055 notes issued on May 25, 2023. Lockheed Martin Corporation will use the net proceeds of the offering for general corporate purposes, including pension funding.
