We advised Centurium Capital on its investment in Meican Group

Davis Polk advised Centurium Capital as the lead investor in connection with its $100 million investment in the Series E round financing of Meican Group. 

Centurium Capital is a leading private equity investment firm in China with a primary focuses on China’s consumer, business services and healthcare sectors. Centurium’s LPs include world’s top institutional investors, pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, family offices and FOFs.

Meican Group is a leading food solutions provider in China and is a Goldman Sachs, Meituan and Sodexo invested company. Meican Group provides food information, catering cooperation, order management and other food related services in China.
