Davis Polk advised the joint bookrunning managers in connection with the $98 million SEC-registered offering of 2,400,000 shares of common stock by Merchants Bancorp. The common stock is listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol “MBIN.”

Merchants Bancorp is a diversified bank holding company headquartered in Carmel, Indiana. It operates operating multiple business segments, including multi-family mortgage banking, mortgage warehouse financing and banking.
