We are advising Meritage Group on the transaction

Davis Polk is advising affiliates of Meritage Group LP on the sale to affiliates of Ullico Infrastructure Fund of an interest in TowerPoint Infrastructure Partners LLC, a company that owns a portfolio of wireless infrastructure assets throughout the United States and which is managed by TowerPoint Capital. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions.

Meritage Group is an investment adviser registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission with assets under management in excess of $13 billion. Meritage Group currently manages both multi-manager and direct investment strategies, the latter of which include public equity, credit, private equity and real estate investing.

TowerPoint Capital is a telecommunications infrastructure and real estate investment company operating throughout North America and is the telecommunications industry’s longest standing cell tower lease acquisition company.
