The 5.85% senior notes are due 2028

Davis Polk advised the joint book-running managers on an SEC-registered offering by Mohawk Industries, Inc. of its 5.850% senior notes due 2028.

Mohawk Industries is a global flooring manufacturer that creates products to enhance residential and commercial spaces around the world. Mohawk is the world’s largest flooring company with operations in Australia, Brazil, Canada, Europe, India, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Russia, the United Kingdom and the United States.
