We advised Mongolian Mining on the issuance of additional 12.5% senior notes due 2026

Davis Polk advised Mongolian Mining Corporation and Energy Resources LLC as the co-issuers in connection with the issuance of additional 12.50% senior notes due 2026, which are consolidated and form a single class with the existing 12.50% senior notes due 2026 issued on September 13, 2023.

Mongolian Mining Corporation is a leading Asian coking coal producer, engaged in the open-pit mining and processing of coking coal. It is one of the largest coal producers and exporters in Mongolia. Energy Resources LLC is an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of MMC.
