We advised Morgan Stanley on its investment-grade global offering

Davis Polk advised Morgan Stanley in connection with its SEC-registered global offering of €2.75 billion aggregate principal amount of senior notes, consisting of €1 billion fixed-to-floating-rate notes due 2028 and €1.75 billion fixed-to-floating-rate notes due 2034.

The Davis Polk corporate team included partner Christopher S. Schell, counsel Vidal Vanhoof and associate Nicollette Farkas. The tax team included partner Po Sit and associate Dmitry Dobrovolskiy.
