We are advising MSCI on the acquisition

Davis Polk is advising MSCI Inc. on its acquisition of Fabric RQ, Inc. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2024, subject to customary closing conditions.
