Davis Polk advised the joint book-running managers in connection with a $216.2 million public offering of 5,750,000 shares of common stock by NanoString Technologies, Inc., which included 750,000 shares from the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares. The common stock is listed on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol “NSTG.”

Based in Seattle, Washington, NanoString develops, manufactures and sells life science tools for translational research and molecular diagnostic products.
