We advised Nuvei on its U.S. IPO and Nasdaq listing of subordinate voting shares

Davis Polk advised Nuvei Corporation, in connection with its initial U.S. public offering of 3,450,000 subordinate voting shares, including 450,000 subordinate voting shares pursuant to the exercise in full of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares. Nuvei expects that the net proceeds of the offering will be used for general corporate purposes, including to fund ongoing operations, working capital requirements and/or to fund growth initiatives such as acquisition or strategic investments in complementary business, services, products or technologies. Nuvei’s subordinate voting shares are listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol “NVEI” and the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol “NVEI.”
