We are advising NYDIG on the transaction

Davis Polk is advising NYDIG on its acquisition of Bottlepay. The acquisition will allow NYDIG to integrate Bottlepay’s Lightning Network infrastructure into its existing full-stack bitcoin platform. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
