Davis Polk advised the international placement agent in connection with the offering by Omega Geração S.A. of 23,450,027 common shares for an aggregate amount of R$897 million (approximately $169 million). The common shares trade on the B3 S.A. – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão (São Paulo Stock Exchange). Common shares sold in the international offering were placed under Rule 144A and Regulation S.

Omega Geração S.A. is a Brazillian electric energy company focused on clean and renewable energy through wind, hydroelectric and solar sources.
