Davis Polk advised the distribution agent on an SEC-registered at-the-market offering by Otter Tail Corporation of its common shares for up to an aggregate amount of $75 million.  

Headquartered in Fergus Falls, Minnesota, and Fargo, North Dakota, Otter Tail is a holding company with subsidiaries that operate in six segments: Electric, Plastics, Manufacturing, Health Services, Food Ingredient Processing and Other Business Operations.
