We advised on 36 structured credit transactions in the first half of 2024

Davis Polk’s structured credit practice advised on over $10.5 billion of structured credit finance transactions in the first half of 2024, across 36 transactions for a broad range of counterparties, including leading private equity and private credit investors and financial institutions. Our work included over $9 billion of financings across 20 private equity and secondaries NAV facilities.
