We advised on more than 20 structured credit transactions in the first quarter

Davis Polk’s structured credit practice advised on over $5.5 billion of structured credit finance transactions in the first quarter of 2024, across more than 20 transactions for a broad range of counterparties, including leading private equity and private credit investors and financial institutions. Our work included $4.6 billion of financings across more than 10 private equity and secondaries NAV facilities.
