Davis Polk advised the representatives of the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A/Regulation S offering by Pampa Energía S.A. of an aggregate principal amount of $750 million of 7.500% notes due 2027.

Pampa Energía S.A. is a leading Argentine integrated energy company and the fourth-largest private oil and gas company in Argentina, engaged in electricity generation, distribution and transmission in Argentina, and oil and gas exploration and production, refining, petrochemicals and hydrocarbon commercialization and transportation in Argentina and, to a lesser extent, in Ecuador and Venezuela.
