Davis Polk advised Pandora A/S on a private placing of 8,000,000 new shares representing approximately 8% of its registered share capital. The offering raised gross proceeds of approximately DKK 1.8 billion. The new shares have been admitted to trading and official listing on Nasdaq Copenhagen.

Pandora, a Danish company listed on Nasdaq Copenhagen, designs, manufactures and markets hand-finished jewelry made from high-quality materials at affordable prices. Pandora jewelry is sold in more than 100 countries through 7,400 points of sale, including more than 2,700 concept stores.
