Davis Polk advised Parallaxes Capital Management, LLC, on its fundraise and related matters for Parallaxes Capital Opportunity Fund VI, L.P., and its related feeder fund, which recently held its final closing.

Parallaxes is a private investment firm founded in 2017 that focuses on opportunities related to investments in tax receivable agreements and other tax assets using a variety of sourcing strategies. The firm is based in New York.

The Davis Polk investment management team included partner Lee Hochbaum, counsel Michael W. Brasher and associates Alisan Oliver-Li and Harrison Perry. Partner Ethan R.
