Davis Polk advised the representatives of the several underwriters in connection with an SEC-registered offering of 1,350,000 shares of common stock of Patrick Industries, Inc. The total proceeds of the offering were $98.6 million. Patrick Industries’ common stock is listed on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the symbol “PATK.”

Based in Elkhart, Indiana, Patrick Industries is a leading manufacturer and supplier serving original equipment manufacturers primarily in the recreational vehicle and manufacturing housing markets.
