Davis Polk advised the representative of the several underwriters in connection with an SEC-registered offering of shares of beneficial interest of PIMCO Dynamic Income Fund for total gross proceeds of approximately $92.6 million. The shares are listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “PDI.”

PIMCO Dynamic Income Fund is a diversified closed-end management investment company advised by Pacific Investment Management Company LLC.
