Davis Polk advised the underwriters on the registered offering of €550 million aggregate principal amount of 1.200% notes due 2024 by Praxair, Inc.

Praxair is the largest industrial gas company in North and South America, and one of the largest worldwide. The company produces, sells and distributes atmospheric and process gases, and high-performance surface coatings used in a wide variety of industries, including aerospace, chemicals, electronics, food and beverage, energy, health care, manufacturing, metals and others.
