We are advising Prosus on the transaction

Davis Polk is advising Prosus as to U.S. law in connection with its €4.1 billion offer to acquire Just Eat Takeaway.com N.V., which it plans to implement by way of a tender offer. The transaction is subject to customary conditions, including regulatory approvals, and is expected to complete by year-end.
