Davis Polk advised the underwriters in connection with the offering by the Province of Ontario of C$800 million aggregate principal amount of its 1.95% bonds due January 27, 2023. The bonds are a reopening of bonds issued on January 29, 2016. The net proceeds of the bonds will be used for eligible projects with an emphasis on clean transportation and energy efficiency and conservation.
