We are advising Reliance on the transaction

Davis Polk is advising Reliance Industries Limited and Reliance Retail Ventures Limited in connection with the Qatar Investment Authority’s investment of ₹8,278 crore into Reliance Retail Ventures Limited. The transaction is subject to regulatory and other customary approvals.

Reliance Industries Limited is India’s largest private sector company. Reliance Retail Ventures Limited is a subsidiary of Reliance Industries Limited.
