Davis Polk advised the representatives of the several underwriters in connection with an SEC-registered offering by RealPage, Inc. of 5,847,457 shares of its common stock (which included 762,711 shares pursuant to the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares). RealPage Inc.’s common stock is listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol “RP.”
