Davis Polk advised the initial purchasers in connection with the Regulation S offering of $250 million principal amount of 9.000% senior notes due 2021 by RongXingDa Development (BVI) Limited. The notes are guaranteed by RiseSun Real Estate Development Co., Ltd.
