Royal Schiphol €515 million sale of shares in Aéroports de Paris
We advised the selling shareholder on the transaction
Davis Polk advised Royal Schiphol Group N.V. (RSG) in connection with its Rule 144A / Regulation S secondary offering of its remaining stake in Aéroports de Paris S.A. (ADP), representing approximately 3.9% of ADP’s share capital, via an accelerated book-building process. In addition, ADP repurchased 296,882 shares, or 0.3% of its share capital, at the offering price.
Royal Schiphol Group is a Dutch airport management company. It is the owner and operator of Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, Rotterdam The Hague Airport and Lelystad Airport, and holds a majority stake in Eindhoven Airport.
