We advised SS&C on the acquisition

Davis Polk is advising SS&C Technologies Holdings, Inc. in connection with its $225 million acquisition of Mainstream Group Holdings Limited. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and Australian court approval and is expected to close in the third quarter of 2021.

SS&C is a global provider of services and software for the financial services and healthcare industries. Mainstream is a provider of investment administration, middle office, fund accounting, superannuation administration, share registry and unit registry (transfer agency) services to leading fund managers and superannuation funds, family offices and dealer groups.

The Davis Polk corporate team includes partner Leonard Kreynin, counsel Matthew Yeowart and associate Mark Chalmers. Members of the Davis Polk team are based in the New York and London offices.
