We advised SS&C on the investment

Davis Polk advised SS&C Technologies Holdings, Inc. on its strategic investment in a newly incorporated company formed by the combination of Equiniti and American Stock Transfer & Trust Company, recently acquired by affiliates of Siris Capital Group, LLC. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

SS&C is a global provider of services and software for the financial services and healthcare industries. Founded in 1986, SS&C is headquartered in Windsor, Connecticut, and has offices around the world. Equiniti is a leading U.S. and U.K. provider of shareholder, pension, remediation and credit technology, and AST is a leading provider of U.S. shareholder technology.
