Davis Polk is advising JP Morgan as lead financial adviser to Symantec Corporation in connection with its $4.65 billion acquisition of Blue Coat, Inc. The closing of the transaction, which is expected to occur in the third calendar quarter of 2016, is subject to regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions.
