Davis Polk advised the initial purchasers in connection with a $100 million Regulation S only offering by Tahoe Group Global (Co.,) Limited of its 11.25% senior notes due 2020, to be consolidated and form a single class with the $100 million 11.25% senior notes due 2020 issued by Tahoe Group Global (Co.,) Limited on September 13. The notes are guaranteed by Tahoe Group Co, Ltd.

Tahoe Group Global (Co.,) Limited is a property developer that focuses on the development of quality residential and commercial properties in the economically developed areas in China. They operate under a series of brands such as “Courtyard,” “Mansion” and “Garden” series for their core residential real estate products and “Tahoe Plaza” for their core commercial real estate products.
