TD SYNNEX $502 million secondary offering

Davis Polk advised the representatives of the several underwriters in connection with the approximately $502 million secondary offering of 5,175,000 shares of common stock of TD SYNNEX Corporation by certain entities managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management, Inc., which included the exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares. TD SYNNEX repurchased 900,000 shares from the underwriters in the offering. The shares are listed on the NYSE under the symbol “SNX.”
