Davis Polk advised the underwriters in connection with the $648 million secondary offering of 6,750,000 shares of common stock of TD SYNNEX Corporation by certain entities managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management, Inc. and certain entities affiliated with MiTAC Holdings Corporation. TD SYNNEX repurchased 2,750,000 shares from the underwriters in the offering. The shares are listed on the NYSE under the symbol “SNX.”

TD SYNNEX is a leading global distributor and solutions aggregator for the IT ecosystem, bringing products from the world’s leading and emerging technology vendors to market, and helping its customers create solutions best suited to maximize business outcomes for their end-user customers.
