Davis Polk advised the joint book-running managers in connection with an SEC-registered offering by Tech Data Corporation of $500 million aggregate principal amount of its 3.700% senior notes due 2022 and $500 million aggregate principal amount of its 4.950% senior notes due 2027. Tech Data intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to partially finance its acquisition of the technology solutions business of Avnet, Inc.
