We advised Telefónica Móviles Chile on its investment-grade debt offering

Davis Polk advised Telefónica Móviles Chile in connection with the offering of $500 million aggregate principal amount of its 3.537% senior notes due 2031. The notes were sold in an offering exempt from registration pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S.

Telefónica Móviles Chile is one of the largest telecommunications operators in Chile, providing a complete range of telecommunications services throughout Chile, including fixed and mobile services, as well as a wide range of digital services for individual and business clients.
