The investment-grade notes are due 2033

Davis Polk advised the representatives of the several underwriters in connection with an SEC-registered offering by Textron Inc. of $350 million aggregate principal amount of its 6.100% notes due 2033.

Headquartered in Providence, Rhode Island, Textron is a multi-industry company that leverages its global network of aircraft, defense, industrial and finance businesses to provide customers with innovative products and services around the world. Textron conducts its business through six operating segments: Textron Aviation, Bell, Textron Systems, Industrial and Textron eAviation, which represent its manufacturing businesses, and Finance, which represents its captive finance business.
