The investment-grade notes are due 2035

Davis Polk advised the representatives of the several underwriters in connection with an SEC-registered offering by Textron Inc. of $500 million aggregate principal amount of its 5.500% notes due 2035.

Headquartered in Providence, Rhode Island, Textron is a multi-industry company that leverages its global network of aircraft, defense, industrial and finance businesses to provide customers with innovative products and services around the world. Textron’s brands include Bell, Cessna, Beechcraft, Pipistrel, Jacobsen, Kautex, Lycoming, E-Z-GO, Arctic Cat and Textron Systems.
